Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for inflammation, pain, and fever. Paracetamol, also known as acetaminophen, provides analgesic and antipyretic effects by inhibiting central prostaglandin synthesis and modulating pain pathways. This combination is indicated for the management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and soft tissue injuries.
