Loteprednol etabonate acts by inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators, thereby reducing redness, swelling, and discomfort, while Moxifloxacin exerts bactericidal activity by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV enzymes, effectively targeting Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogens.
