Lizonab Tablet contains Linezolid 600 mg, an oxazolidinone-class antibiotic effective against a broad spectrum of Gram-positive bacterial infections. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of serious infections caused by susceptible strains of bacteria, including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium (VRE), and penicillin-resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae. Lizonab is commonly prescribed for conditions such as complicated skin and soft tissue infections, nosocomial and community-acquired pneumonia, and infections caused by multidrug-resistant organisms.
