Liserra-AP Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Aceclofenac (100mg), Paracetamol (325mg), and Serratiopeptidase (15mg). Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), effectively reduces inflammation and pain by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes involved in prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, providing symptomatic relief from mild to moderate pain and fever through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, facilitates the breakdown of inflammatory mediators and promotes the resolution of edema and tissue inflammation. The synergistic action of these components makes Liserra-AP suitable for managing acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain, postoperative pain, dental pain, and inflammatory conditions such as arthritis. It is generally well-tolerated when used as directed; however, caution is advised in patients with gastrointestinal ulcers, hepatic or renal impairment, and hypersensitivity to NSAIDs or any component of the formulation.
