Lignogesic Gel

Lignogesic Gel is a topical analgesic formulation combining multiple active ingredients to provide effective relief from musculoskeletal pain and inflammation. It contains Mephenesin (10% w/w), a centrally acting muscle relaxant that alleviates muscle spasms; Diclofenac (1.16% w/w), a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces inflammation and pain by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes; Lidocaine (2% w/w), a local anesthetic that provides rapid numbing and pain relief; Methyl Salicylate (10% w/w), a counterirritant that produces a warming sensation to distract from deeper musculoskeletal pain; Linseed Oil (3% w/w), which possesses anti-inflammatory and skin conditioning properties; and Menthol (5% w/w), which imparts a cooling effect that soothes irritated tissues and enhances analgesic efficacy.
