Lenado 25mg Tablet contains Lenalidomide, an immunomodulatory agent used primarily in the treatment of multiple myeloma and certain types of myelodysplastic syndromes. Lenalidomide exerts its therapeutic effects by modulating the immune system, inhibiting angiogenesis, and inducing apoptosis in malignant cells. It is indicated for patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior therapy, as well as for the treatment of transfusion-dependent anemia due to low- or intermediate-1–risk myelodysplastic syndromes associated with a deletion 5q cytogenetic abnormality.

Lenado 25mg is administered orally, with dosage and duration tailored according to the patient’s clinical condition and response to therapy. Common adverse effects include neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, fatigue, and gastrointestinal disturbances, necessitating regular hematologic monitoring during treatment.
