Lashisma Solution (3ml Each) contains Bimatoprost 0.03% w/v, a synthetic prostamide analog used primarily for the treatment of hypotrichosis of the eyelashes. Bimatoprost acts by increasing the proportion of eyelashes in the growth phase (anagen) and prolonging this phase, resulting in longer, thicker, and darker lashes. This ophthalmic solution is indicated for patients experiencing inadequate or insufficient eyelash growth. The solution is applied topically to the base of the upper eyelashes once daily using the provided applicator, ensuring precise and hygienic administration. Clinical studies have demonstrated significant improvement in eyelash length, thickness, and darkness within 8 weeks of consistent use, with optimal results observed after 16 weeks. Lashisma Solution should be used with caution in patients with ocular conditions such as glaucoma, uveitis, or ocular infections, and it is contraindicated in hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation.
