L-Cin 500 is indicated for the treatment of respiratory tract infections such as community-acquired pneumonia, acute bacterial sinusitis, and chronic bronchitis exacerbations, as well as urinary tract infections including pyelonephritis, skin and soft tissue infections, and prostatitis. The tablet should be administered orally, usually once daily, with or without food, as prescribed by a healthcare professional. Dosage adjustments may be necessary in patients with renal impairment. Common adverse effects include gastrointestinal disturbances, headache, dizziness, and photosensitivity.
