Kymofic-D Tablet is a combination pharmaceutical formulation containing Diclofenac 50 mg and Trypsin Chymotrypsin 50,000 AU, designed to provide effective anti-inflammatory and analgesic therapy. Trypsin Chymotrypsin, a proteolytic enzyme complex, facilitates the breakdown of proteinaceous debris and fibrin deposits at the site of inflammation, promoting faster resolution of edema and inflammation. This synergistic combination is indicated for the management of acute musculoskeletal conditions such as sprains, strains, arthritis, postoperative inflammation, and soft tissue injuries.
Kymofic-D Tablet offers rapid symptomatic relief from pain and swelling, enhancing patient mobility and comfort. It should be administered under medical supervision, with caution advised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding disorders, or hypersensitivity to NSAIDs or enzyme preparations.
