Kinedol-EF Effervescent Tablet is a combination analgesic formulation containing Tramadol 37.5 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg, designed for the management of moderate to moderately severe pain. Tramadol, a centrally acting opioid analgesic, exerts its effect by binding to μ-opioid receptors and inhibiting the reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin, thereby modulating pain perception. Paracetamol, a non-opioid analgesic and antipyretic agent, acts primarily through central inhibition of cyclooxygenase enzymes, contributing to its analgesic and fever-reducing properties. The effervescent tablet formulation allows for rapid dissolution in water, facilitating quick absorption and onset of action, which is beneficial for patients requiring prompt pain relief.
