Ketormile DT Tablet contains Ketorolac 10 mg, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) indicated for the short-term management of moderate to severe acute pain. Ketorolac exerts its analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes, thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins involved in pain and inflammation pathways. Ketormile DT is formulated as a dispersible tablet, allowing rapid disintegration and absorption, which facilitates prompt onset of action.

It is commonly prescribed postoperatively or for musculoskeletal pain, dental pain, and other acute painful conditions where opioid analgesics are not preferred or contraindicated. The recommended dose should not exceed 40 mg per day, and treatment duration is generally limited to five days to minimize the risk of adverse effects. Ketorolac is contraindicated in patients with active peptic ulcer disease, bleeding disorders, severe renal impairment, or hypersensitivity to NSAIDs.
Caution is advised in patients with cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal risk factors, or concomitant use of anticoagulants. Common adverse effects include gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, headache, and dizziness. Ketormile DT Tablet should be used under medical supervision, with adherence to dosing guidelines to ensure safety and efficacy in pain management.
