Kefzen 500 is indicated for the management of respiratory tract infections, including bronchitis and pneumonia, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, and uncomplicated gonorrhea. It is also used in the treatment of Lyme disease and certain types of otitis media. The tablet formulation ensures convenient oral administration with good bioavailability.
