Kdac Tablet contains a combination of Diclofenac 50 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg, formulated to provide effective relief from pain and inflammation. Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever. Paracetamol, also known as acetaminophen, acts centrally to alleviate pain and reduce fever through inhibition of the prostaglandin synthesis pathway in the central nervous system.

The synergistic action of these two agents makes Kdac Tablet suitable for managing a variety of conditions including musculoskeletal pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, dental pain, postoperative pain, and dysmenorrhea. It is indicated for short-term use to relieve mild to moderate pain and inflammation. Kdac Tablet should be used with caution in patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, hepatic or renal impairment, and cardiovascular diseases.
Common adverse effects may include gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, and potential allergic reactions. It is contraindicated in individuals with hypersensitivity to diclofenac, paracetamol, or other NSAIDs.
