Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), provides effective relief from pain and inflammation by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, enhancing pain relief and reducing fever through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, facilitates the reduction of inflammation and edema by breaking down inflammatory mediators and promoting tissue repair. The synergistic combination of these agents makes Kaynac-SP Tablet suitable for managing acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, postoperative pain, and soft tissue injuries.
