Kavam 625 is indicated for the treatment of various infections including respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, otitis media, sinusitis, and dental infections caused by susceptible organisms. It is particularly useful against beta-lactamase-producing strains of Staphylococcus aureus and Haemophilus influenzae. The tablet should be administered as prescribed by a healthcare professional, typically every 8 to 12 hours, with dosage adjustments based on infection severity and patient renal function.
