Kaisita 100 Tablet

These hormones enhance glucose-dependent insulin secretion from pancreatic beta cells and suppress glucagon release from alpha cells, resulting in decreased hepatic glucose production and improved postprandial and fasting blood glucose levels. Kaisita 100 is typically administered once daily, with or without food, and dosage adjustments may be necessary in patients with renal impairment.

It is generally well tolerated, with a low risk of hypoglycemia when used as monotherapy or in combination with agents not associated with hypoglycemia. Common adverse effects include nasopharyngitis, headache, and upper respiratory tract infections. Caution is advised in patients with a history of pancreatitis. Kaisita 100 should be used as part of a comprehensive diabetes management plan including lifestyle modifications such as diet and exercise.
