Justaday Capsule

Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that suppresses gastric acid secretion by irreversibly inhibiting the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme system in the gastric parietal cells, thus preventing NSAID-induced gastric irritation and ulcers. Justaday Capsule is indicated for the management of musculoskeletal disorders such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and other painful inflammatory conditions where NSAID therapy is warranted but gastrointestinal protection is necessary.

The combined formulation enhances patient compliance by reducing pill burden and minimizing gastrointestinal side effects commonly associated with NSAID monotherapy. It is recommended to be taken orally as prescribed by a healthcare professional, preferably after meals to reduce gastric discomfort. Caution is advised in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to NSAIDs, active peptic ulcer disease, or severe hepatic or renal impairment.

Regular monitoring is suggested during prolonged therapy to assess efficacy and safety.
