How It Works

Jusgo MR Tablet is a combination analgesic and muscle relaxant formulation containing Chlorzoxazone 250 mg, Diclofenac 50 mg, and Paracetamol 325 mg. This medication is indicated for the relief of musculoskeletal pain associated with muscle spasms, strains, sprains, and other soft tissue injuries. Chlorzoxazone acts centrally to relax skeletal muscles by inhibiting multisynaptic reflex arcs in the spinal cord and subcortical areas of the brain, thereby reducing muscle stiffness and discomfort.

Diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), provides potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), leading to decreased prostaglandin synthesis at sites of inflammation. Paracetamol contributes additional analgesic and antipyretic properties through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, enhancing overall pain relief.
Jusgo MR Tablet is typically prescribed for short-term management of acute musculoskeletal conditions where inflammation and muscle spasm coexist. Caution is advised in patients with hepatic, renal, or gastrointestinal impairment, and it should be used under medical supervision to minimize potential adverse effects such as gastrointestinal irritation, hepatotoxicity, or hypersensitivity reactions.

How to use Jusgo MR Tablet Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Jusgo MR Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
