Jubiflam Plus Tablet is a combination pharmaceutical formulation containing Trypsin (48 mg), Bromelain (90 mg), Rutoside (100 mg), and Diclofenac (50 mg), designed to provide effective anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and fibrinolytic effects. Trypsin and Bromelain are proteolytic enzymes that facilitate the breakdown of proteins, promoting the reduction of edema and inflammation by enhancing fibrinolysis and improving microcirculation.

Rutoside, a bioflavonoid, acts as a vascular protector by strengthening capillary walls, reducing capillary permeability, and exhibiting antioxidant properties that mitigate oxidative stress in inflamed tissues. Diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), inhibits cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), thereby decreasing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever.
The synergistic action of these components makes Jubiflam Plus effective in managing acute and chronic inflammatory conditions such as musculoskeletal injuries, postoperative swelling, soft tissue trauma, and arthritis. It is indicated for patients requiring rapid relief from pain and inflammation while also addressing tissue repair and vascular health. Jubiflam Plus should be used under medical supervision, considering contraindications related to NSAIDs and enzyme therapy.
