Joyace SP Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Aceclofenac (100mg), Paracetamol (325mg), and Serratiopeptidase (15mg). Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), effectively reduces inflammation and pain by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby decreasing prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol provides analgesic and antipyretic effects through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, complementing the anti-inflammatory action of Aceclofenac while offering symptomatic relief from pain and fever. Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, facilitates the reduction of inflammation and edema by breaking down inflammatory mediators and promoting the absorption of exudates and hematomas. This synergistic combination is indicated for the management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal disorders, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and soft tissue injuries such as sprains, strains, and postoperative inflammation. Joyace SP Tablet provides effective pain relief, reduces swelling, and improves joint mobility, enhancing patient comfort and recovery. It should be used under medical supervision, considering contraindications such as hypersensitivity to NSAIDs, active peptic ulcer, or bleeding disorders.
