Jonase-Plus Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Aceclofenac 100 mg, Paracetamol 325 mg, and Serratiopeptidase 15 mg. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol provides additional analgesic and antipyretic benefits through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, enhancing pain relief and fever reduction. Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, facilitates the breakdown of inflammatory mediators and promotes the resolution of edema and inflammation, improving tissue repair and reducing pain. This synergistic combination is indicated for the management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and soft tissue injuries including sprains and strains. Jonase-Plus Tablet is effective in alleviating pain, swelling, and inflammation associated with these conditions. It should be used under medical supervision, with caution in patients with gastrointestinal ulcers, hepatic or renal impairment, and hypersensitivity to NSAIDs.
