Jdyac-P Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Aceclofenac 100 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that exerts its effect by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever. Paracetamol, also known as acetaminophen, provides analgesic and antipyretic effects by inhibiting central prostaglandin synthesis and modulating pain perception. This synergistic combination is indicated for the management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, dental pain, and postoperative pain. Jdyac-P Tablet offers effective relief from inflammation and pain with a favorable safety profile when used as directed. It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to aceclofenac, paracetamol, other NSAIDs, or any tablet components. Caution is advised in individuals with hepatic, renal, or cardiovascular impairment, and it should be used under medical supervision in patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding.
