Jaytrip-AP Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Aceclofenac 100mg, Paracetamol 325mg, and Trypsin Chymotrypsin 50,000 AU. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts potent anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol complements this action through central analgesic and antipyretic mechanisms, providing effective relief from mild to moderate pain and fever without significant anti-inflammatory activity.

Trypsin Chymotrypsin, a proteolytic enzyme complex, facilitates the reduction of inflammation and edema by promoting the breakdown of inflammatory mediators and fibrin deposits, enhancing tissue repair and recovery. This synergistic combination is indicated for the management of musculoskeletal disorders such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, soft tissue injuries, postoperative inflammation, and dental pain.
Jaytrip-AP Tablet offers rapid and sustained relief from pain and inflammation while supporting the healing process. It should be used under medical supervision, with caution in patients with gastrointestinal, hepatic, or renal impairment. Contraindications include hypersensitivity to any component, active peptic ulcer, and bleeding disorders. Adverse effects may include gastrointestinal discomfort, allergic reactions, and rare hepatic or renal disturbances.
