Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts potent anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol complements this action through central analgesic and antipyretic mechanisms, providing effective relief from mild to moderate pain and fever without significant anti-inflammatory activity. Trypsin Chymotrypsin, a proteolytic enzyme complex, facilitates the reduction of inflammation and edema by promoting the breakdown of inflammatory mediators and fibrin deposits, enhancing tissue repair and recovery.
