InsuQuick Cartridge contains Insulin Aspart (100 units/mL), a rapid-acting insulin analog indicated for the management of hyperglycemia in patients with diabetes mellitus. Insulin Aspart facilitates the uptake of glucose into peripheral tissues, primarily muscle and fat, and inhibits hepatic glucose production, thereby aiding in the control of blood glucose levels. The rapid onset of action, typically within 10-20 minutes post subcutaneous administration, allows for improved postprandial glucose control, closely mimicking physiological insulin secretion.

InsuQuick Cartridge is designed for use with compatible insulin delivery devices, providing accurate dosing and ease of administration. It is suitable for adults and pediatric patients requiring prandial insulin coverage as part of a comprehensive diabetes management plan, which includes diet, exercise, and possibly other antidiabetic agents. Dose adjustments should be individualized based on patient response, blood glucose monitoring, and glycemic targets.
