Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant with anti-inflammatory properties, effective in relieving muscle spasms and associated pain. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), provides potent analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins involved in pain and inflammation.
