Inmecin 25mg Tablet

Inmecin is indicated for the management of various inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and acute gouty arthritis. It is also employed in the treatment of moderate to severe pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders. The recommended dosage should be individualized based on the patient’s condition and response, with caution advised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulceration, bleeding disorders, renal or hepatic impairment, or cardiovascular disease.

Adverse effects may include gastrointestinal disturbances, headache, dizziness, and potential renal toxicity; therefore, monitoring during therapy is essential. Inmecin should be used at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary to minimize risks. It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to indomethacin or other NSAIDs and should be avoided during pregnancy, especially in the third trimester.
