Aceclofenac (100mg) + Serratiopeptidase (15mg) + Paracetamol (325mg)
Active composition

Aceclofenac inhibits COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes, leading to decreased synthesis of prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and inflammation.
Serratiopeptidase acts as a proteolytic enzyme, breaking down fibrin and other proteins involved in inflammation, thereby reducing pain and swelling.
Paracetamol works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, leading to reduced synthesis of prostaglandins in the brain, which are responsible for pain and fever.
Medical applications
Inflamax-SP Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Aceclofenac 100mg, Paracetamol 325mg, and Serratiopeptidase 15mg. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol provides effective analgesia and antipyresis through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, complementing the anti-inflammatory action of Aceclofenac. Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, facilitates the breakdown of inflammatory mediators and promotes the resolution of edema and tissue inflammation. This combination is indicated for the management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, postoperative pain, and soft tissue injuries. Inflamax-SP Tablet offers rapid and sustained relief from pain and inflammation while improving functional mobility. It is generally well tolerated; however, caution is advised in patients with gastrointestinal disorders, hepatic or renal impairment, and hypersensitivity to NSAIDs or any component of the formulation. Use during pregnancy and lactation should be under medical supervision. The dosage and duration of therapy should be individualized based on the severity of symptoms and patient response. Inflamax-SP Tablet should be taken with food to minimize gastrointestinal discomfort.
