Inflacet-SP Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Aceclofenac (100 mg), Paracetamol (325 mg), and Serratiopeptidase (15 mg). Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), effectively reduces inflammation and pain by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby decreasing prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol provides analgesic and antipyretic effects through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, complementing the anti-inflammatory action of Aceclofenac. Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, facilitates the breakdown of inflammatory mediators and promotes the resolution of edema and inflammation. This combination is indicated for the management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, post-operative pain, and soft tissue injuries. Inflacet-SP offers rapid and sustained relief from pain and inflammation, improving patient mobility and quality of life. It should be used with caution in patients with gastrointestinal, hepatic, or renal impairment, and under medical supervision in those with cardiovascular risk factors. Common adverse effects include gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, and allergic reactions.
