Imutdol-P Tablet

Paracetamol, a widely used non-opioid analgesic and antipyretic agent, acts primarily through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, contributing to its analgesic and antipyretic properties. The synergistic combination in Imutdol-P provides enhanced analgesia while potentially reducing the required dose of tramadol, thereby minimizing opioid-related adverse effects.
