Additionally, Immunophil-ME is indicated in the management of autoimmune conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, and certain types of nephrotic syndrome. The capsule formulation ensures convenient oral administration with adequate bioavailability. Dosage and duration of treatment should be individualized based on patient condition, therapeutic response, and monitoring of blood Ciclosporin levels to minimize toxicity.
Common adverse effects include nephrotoxicity, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and increased susceptibility to infections. Regular monitoring of renal function, blood pressure, and serum electrolytes is recommended during therapy.
