Etoricoxib is a selective cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor that provides effective analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects by reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins involved in the inflammatory process, thereby alleviating pain and swelling.

Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant with antispasmodic properties, acting as a competitive antagonist of glycine and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) receptors, which helps reduce muscle stiffness and spasms. The combination of these two active ingredients offers a synergistic effect, improving patient mobility and comfort in conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, low back pain, and other musculoskeletal inflammatory disorders.
