Ibocare Oral Suspension is a combination analgesic and antipyretic formulation containing Ibuprofen 100mg and Paracetamol 125mg per 5ml. This dual-action suspension is indicated for the relief of mild to moderate pain and fever associated with conditions such as headache, dental pain, musculoskeletal discomfort, and febrile illnesses in pediatric and adult patients. Ibuprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts its effect by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis responsible for inflammation and pain.

Paracetamol provides analgesic and antipyretic effects through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, complementing the peripheral action of ibuprofen. The oral suspension formulation allows for accurate dosing and ease of administration, particularly suitable for patients with difficulty swallowing tablets. Ibocare Oral Suspension should be used according to the recommended dosage guidelines to minimize the risk of adverse effects such as gastrointestinal irritation, hepatotoxicity, or hypersensitivity reactions.
