Huntache-SP Tablet is a combination analgesic formulation containing Aceclofenac 100 mg, Paracetamol 325 mg, and Serratiopeptidase 15 mg, designed to provide effective relief from pain and inflammation. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts its therapeutic effect by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation. Paracetamol acts centrally to alleviate mild to moderate pain and reduce fever through inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system. Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, facilitates the breakdown of inflammatory mediators and promotes the resolution of edema and swelling by enhancing tissue permeability and drainage of inflammatory exudates. This synergistic combination is particularly useful in managing musculoskeletal conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, postoperative pain, dental pain, and soft tissue injuries. Huntache-SP is generally well tolerated when used as directed; however, caution is advised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, hepatic or renal impairment, and hypersensitivity to any component.
