Ofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic, exhibits broad-spectrum bactericidal activity by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, effectively treating various bacterial infections. Simethicone serves as an anti-foaming agent that reduces bloating and discomfort caused by excess gas in the gastrointestinal tract by coalescing gas bubbles, facilitating their expulsion.
