Humac Tablet contains Aceclofenac 100mg, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) primarily indicated for the relief of pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. Aceclofenac exerts its therapeutic effect by selectively inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX), leading to a reduction in the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are mediators of inflammation, pain, and fever. This action results in decreased inflammation and alleviation of pain symptoms.
