Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, acting as a selective antagonist of GABA and glycine receptors, which helps in relieving muscle spasms and stiffness. The combination of these two agents provides synergistic benefits in conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and acute musculoskeletal injuries.
Hn TH4 Tablet is indicated for short-term use to improve patient mobility and reduce discomfort associated with inflammatory and spastic conditions.
