Hifenac SP Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Aceclofenac (100 mg), Paracetamol (325 mg), and Serratiopeptidase (15 mg). Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), inhibits cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis responsible for pain and inflammation. Paracetamol, a widely used analgesic and antipyretic agent, acts centrally to alleviate pain and reduce fever without significant anti-inflammatory effects.
