Hiceclo-SP Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Aceclofenac (100mg), Paracetamol (325mg), and Serratiopeptidase (15mg). Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts potent anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol complements this action by providing effective analgesia and antipyresis through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, with minimal anti-inflammatory activity. Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, enhances the therapeutic effect by facilitating the breakdown of inflammatory mediators and promoting the resolution of edema and inflammation. This synergistic combination is indicated for the management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, postoperative pain, and soft tissue inflammatory conditions. Hiceclo-SP Tablet offers effective relief from pain and inflammation while improving tissue healing and reducing swelling. It is generally well tolerated; however, caution is advised in patients with gastrointestinal disorders, hepatic or renal impairment, and hypersensitivity to any component. Use under medical supervision is recommended to optimize therapeutic outcomes and minimize potential adverse effects.
