Hexymelt 2mg is indicated for the treatment of idiopathic Parkinson’s disease, drug-induced extrapyramidal reactions, and other movement disorders characterized by cholinergic-dopaminergic imbalance. Common side effects include dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, urinary retention, and dizziness, which are related to its anticholinergic properties.
