Heseclo MR 100mg/325mg/250mg Tablet is a combination medication containing Aceclofenac (100mg), Paracetamol (325mg), and Chlorzoxazone (250mg), formulated to provide effective relief from musculoskeletal pain and inflammation. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol acts centrally to alleviate pain and reduce fever through inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system. Chlorzoxazone serves as a centrally acting muscle relaxant, helping to relieve muscle spasms and stiffness associated with musculoskeletal conditions. This combination is particularly beneficial in managing acute musculoskeletal disorders such as strains, sprains, and back pain, where inflammation, pain, and muscle spasm coexist.
