This combination is particularly beneficial in managing acute musculoskeletal disorders such as strains, sprains, and back pain, where inflammation, pain, and muscle spasm coexist.

Heseclo MR should be used under medical supervision, with caution advised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, hepatic or renal impairment, or hypersensitivity to any component.
