Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts potent anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol provides additional analgesic and antipyretic benefits through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, enhancing pain relief and fever reduction. Trypsin Chymotrypsin, a proteolytic enzyme combination, facilitates the breakdown of proteinaceous exudates and inflammatory mediators, promoting faster resolution of inflammation and edema.
