Healenz Tablet is a combination pharmaceutical formulation containing Bromelain (90 mg), Rutoside (100 mg), and Trypsin Chymotrypsin (48 mg), designed to provide anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and fibrinolytic effects. Bromelain, a proteolytic enzyme derived from pineapple stems, exhibits potent anti-inflammatory properties by modulating cytokine production and reducing edema. Rutoside, a bioflavonoid, enhances capillary strength and reduces vascular permeability, thereby aiding in the management of bruising, varicose veins, and microcirculatory disorders. Trypsin Chymotrypsin, a mixture of proteolytic enzymes, facilitates the breakdown of fibrin and necrotic tissue, promoting faster resolution of inflammation and edema. The synergistic action of these components makes Healenz Tablet effective in the treatment of post-traumatic swelling, postoperative inflammation, and soft tissue injuries.
