Naproxen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts its therapeutic effect by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for inflammation, pain, and fever. Domperidone, a dopamine antagonist, enhances gastrointestinal motility and accelerates gastric emptying, helping to alleviate nausea and vomiting that may accompany pain or NSAID therapy. This dual-action tablet is indicated for conditions such as musculoskeletal pain, dysmenorrhea, dental pain, and other inflammatory disorders where pain relief is required alongside the prevention or treatment of nausea.
