Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that exerts potent anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis involved in pain and inflammation.
