Gride 4mg Tablet contains Glimepiride, a sulfonylurea class oral hypoglycemic agent used in the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Gride 4mg is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve blood glucose levels in adults with type 2 diabetes when diet alone is inadequate.

The medication is typically administered once daily with breakfast or the first main meal to optimize efficacy and minimize the risk of hypoglycemia. Glimepiride has a relatively long duration of action, contributing to stable blood glucose levels throughout the day.
