Godrelu-SP Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Aceclofenac (100mg), Paracetamol (325mg), and Serratiopeptidase (15mg). Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol provides effective analgesia and antipyresis through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, complementing the peripheral action of Aceclofenac. Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, facilitates the breakdown of inflammatory mediators and promotes the resolution of edema and inflammation by enhancing fibrinolytic activity. This synergistic combination is indicated for the management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and soft tissue injuries including sprains, strains, and postoperative inflammation. Godrelu-SP Tablet helps alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and improve joint mobility, thereby enhancing patient comfort and functional capacity.
