Paracetamol, also known as acetaminophen, acts centrally in the brain to alleviate pain and reduce fever without causing significant anti-inflammatory effects. The synergistic action of these two active ingredients makes Flam IP Tablet suitable for managing various conditions such as headaches, dental pain, musculoskeletal pain, menstrual cramps, and fever associated with infections.
It is generally well-tolerated when taken as directed, but caution is advised in patients with liver or kidney impairment, gastrointestinal ulcers, or hypersensitivity to NSAIDs or paracetamol.
