How It Works

Erinac P Tablet contains a combination of Aceclofenac 100 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg, formulated to provide effective relief from pain and inflammation. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation. Paracetamol acts centrally to alleviate pain and reduce fever through inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system.

This combination is particularly useful in managing musculoskeletal disorders such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and other conditions associated with acute pain and inflammation. Erinac P Tablet offers rapid onset of analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, improving patient comfort and mobility. It is generally well-tolerated; however, caution is advised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, hepatic or renal impairment, and hypersensitivity to NSAIDs or paracetamol.
