Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation. Paracetamol contributes additional analgesic and antipyretic properties, enhancing overall pain relief without significant anti-inflammatory action.

The synergistic combination of these three agents makes Eprytor-Plus effective in managing acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain, including back pain, muscle spasms, and osteoarthritis. It is recommended to be used under medical supervision, considering contraindications such as hypersensitivity to any component, gastrointestinal ulcers, hepatic or renal impairment, and cardiovascular risks associated with NSAIDs.
