Enzolid 600 is primarily used in the management of complicated skin and soft tissue infections, nosocomial and community-acquired pneumonia, and infections caused by susceptible strains of bacteria where alternative treatments are limited or ineffective. The tablet should be administered orally, with or without food, as prescribed by a healthcare professional, typically twice daily for a duration determined by the severity and type of infection. Caution is advised in patients with a history of myelosuppression, as Linezolid may cause hematologic adverse effects such as thrombocytopenia, anemia, and leukopenia, especially with prolonged use.
